Carnivore Ice Cream Recipe

I noticed that people are really looking for a carnivore ice cream recipe, so without further ado, here's one:

Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
• 2 egg yolks (pasteurized if possible)
• vanilla, optional
• other flavorings, optional

Method:

Melt the butter in a pan. When it starts to boil, add cream and optional vanilla. Whisk until combined. Bring mixture to boil, then remove from heat. Add yolks one by one while whisking adequately to avoid coagulation. Add optional flavorings. Pour into an ice cream machine and churn according to instructions.
