My new meditation technique

I know that I've been talking about Joe Dispenza's meditation routine for years now. And no wonder, though - it's amazing. It's the foundation, the grandfather, the OG of all meditation routines.

Lately, I've found myself simplifying the routine a bit. Maybe I'm too good at meditating the old way (haha as if), or maybe I feel like the old way takes too much time and effort. Whatever the reason, I've formulated a new, almost a quick fix like routine that works like a charm whenever I want that quick fix.

Here's how to do it:

Sit or lie down in a position where you don't feel your body, close your eyes, and imagine that you're a new version of yourself. Then, as this new version, rehearse a scene in a new life. Feel all the sensory input, all the emotions, everything, as if it all were happening right now.

Dispenza's meditation routine has this technique as well, but I find that I can just drop into the new life quite easily without first having to do the induction and the letting go of the past, rehearsing a triggering scene, and saying "change".

Doing just the part described above - the one that comes later, after the other phases - seems to do 95% of the work for me.

I highly recommend both routines.
