Purchases I've made lately
In an unexpected turn of events, I've done some serious shopping lately. And when I say serious, I don't mean anything as serious as buying a 600-buck winter coat like last winter. Although it's a great coat. Thanks to the cooling temperatures, I've had the pleasure of wearing it a lot lately.
No, nothing like that, but something substantial nevertheless. I've spent some money, and what's more, I've made that money go a long way. Not that that's important.
Here are some of my purchases of late:
- New winter boots, 155 euros.
- Two sets of insoles for the boots, 12 euros.
- An electric toothbrush, 60 euros. (This deserves a more detailed explanation, stay tuned for that.)
- Five pairs of socks, 20 euros.
- Cosmetic products, namely a facial cleanser and a brow gel, 20 euros.
- A new springform pan, 24 euros.
I have to say that the boots couldn't have appeared at a better time. And obviously I need socks for the winter, I have mysteriously lost all of my old ones except for one. Plus, I was just running out of cleanser. And I wanted to try a new brow gel, the old one seems to cake for some reason.
Finally... I've made so much pie lately that my old springform pan broke.
