Hello, past self. At some point (spring 2018) you're going to decide that you weigh too much for your own good. You'll begin a weight loss journey that will take you through the world of diets and ways of eating. You'll come out the other side with a low but technically normal BMI, feeling and looking better, and fearing food.
Here are some things you're going to learn:
- Eggs, coconut fudge, and chicken soup make you lose weight.
- Cheese and nuts make you gain weight.
- Canola oil makes your skin break out.
- Apples and apple derived beverages will make you fall asleep.
- The high of starvation is addictive.
- The moment you see your ribs through your skin, you've gone too far. (This will happen September 5th, 2018.)
- There IS a way to eat that doesn't include sugar and other garbage while leaving you completely satisfied both physically and mentally.
There, past self. This list will save you a lot of trouble down the road.
