I was reading You Are the Placebo by Joe Dispenza and he talked about how those 70 to 80-year-old men were becoming physically younger by moving into a facility that mimicked their youth in everything from the entertainment they were given to the newspaper articles they were reading to the style of interior design.
Conclusion: if you never change your home or the entertainment and news you consume, you’ll never change.
No wonder each major personality shift I’ve experienced in myself has come about with environmental change - most notably last year, when I was away from home for a week.
Also, whenever I’ve painted the walls of my home, something has changed within me.
So I’m guessing that now that I’m decluttering like crazy, something massive is about to happen again.
I’m super excited to see what it will be.
RK out.
