In yesterday's post, we discovered the two first levels of going from an anxious attachment style to a secure attachment style. It was all about one word, one adjective. Go check it out if you haven't already.
Today, we're going forward to level 3, which is:
Instead of obsessing over one thing you want, realize that you might actually want and get something even better.
So your new motto should be: "This... or better!"
Another way to think about this level is to think this way:
Instead of always assuming that change is for the worse, if change is inevitable, assume it's for the better.
And voilĂ , your attachment problem is fixed.
(Or if not fixed, then something better.)
