Yesterday, I shared my experiences with having a commercial frozen pizza for the first time in a long time. The pizza tasted all right, yet played some tricks on my physiology. I also speculated if I would be in the mood for eggs later in the day, having had a much more delicious breakfast.
But then I found the perfect hack that solved everything and I had the four eggs afterwards with ease! Here's the hack:
Add hot sauce.
First of all, yes I know that scrambled eggs with hot sauce sounds revolting, especially since it was more like a mild taco sauce than that strong concentrated stuff that hot sauce is. But it had jalapenos and all the good stuff, so I suppose it counts.
Second of all, I should have guessed beforehand that this hack would work, since I've noticed in the past that scrambled eggs become infinitely better when you add something, even if it's just chopped red onion or scallions.
But hot sauce? I never thought of it before! It was a spur-of-the-moment idea, and now, I can't stop fantasizing about more scrambled eggs with hot sauce.
Even though I have a way better medium for hot sauce in the fridge: ground beef and avocado.
Although I suppose ground beef becomes better with hot sauce, too, and I can't wait to try it!
