Scrolling the WIP home page to find an article to reference, I found this one outlining my fall 2023 reading list. I had to check it out. To my delight, the list wasn't very long: two books.
To my shock, I noticed that I have only considered half of it. In other words, I've completely forgotten to read Bram Stoker's Dracula.
Getting it from the bookcase, I now realize it's over 400 pages. There's no way I'll read it in the next two weeks, before I have to move on to Christmas literature.
It's fine, though. I always fall short on my fall reading lists. Last year I only read half of the list as well. And in 2021, I only read one eighth. (How lame.)
After all, as long as the percentage is non-zero, I'm making progress!
