Finally! It felt like it lasted forever. But it didn't, it never does, we always end up on this day, no matter how long we have to wait.
Summer is over. And I'm so ready to dive head first into autumn.
But before we do that, here are some reminders of the great stuff this summer brought with it:
- Swimming in lakes.
- Seeing the la(te)st Mission: Impossible in the theater.
- Buying new clothes.
- Spending Saturday nights drinking champagne and watching a live DJ stream online.
- Moving to the Penthouse.
- Moby-Dick, The Age of Reason and Faust.
- Staycations.
- Watching videos by this one particular unemployed dude.
- The royalty principle.
- Road trips.
- Waiting for autumn. After all, just like with Christmas, the wait is a major part of the fun.
All in all, I have to admit, it was a pretty good summer.
