One third of autumn is already gone

I can't believe that one third of autumn is over already. September has gone by so fast. Maybe it's because the first half of it was so warm it resembled summer. Maybe it's because the month has been full of special events. Maybe it's because I've been busy and the days have been just packed.

Whatever it is, it's clear that it's not summer anymore. Autumn is here. The leaves are turning with great speed. I've had so many pumpkin spice lattes that I've lost count already. The weather is suddenly so cold that I transitioned from fall jackets to winter coats almost overnight.

One year ago, around this time, I was preparing to fly to the Caribbean.

This time, I'm just going to Stockholm for a day. (Bound to be massive fun, though!)

Then there's also looking forward to Christmas, with gift planning and stocking up on chocolates and visualizing all the wonderful things about my upcoming festive holiday month.

Which, by the way, is only two months away.

Which is basically eight weeks.

Which flies by so fast I'll be amazed if I have time to blink.

RK out (to think about December, probably).
