I just bought three pants (or sets of pants? my english not work) for three alternatively simultaneous reasons:
- Because I need a pair of light colored long leg pants for our upcoming trip to the Caribbean, which I already mentioned in the Iceland article. I've been told that dark pieces of clothing function as heat traps that attract malaria mosquitoes. I already react horribly to regular mosquitoes, so let's not risk it.
- Because I need to teach my stubborn subconscious that spending money is good and moves me towards life. Three pants is not much, but it's a step in the right direction.
- Because I wanted to.
The last reason is undoubtedly the best.
