The Penthouse project progresses again. Which is good news. I thought things were starting to stagnate. But no, as per the title, I finished the headboard, it's there, attached (more or less) to the wall above the bed, and it's glorious.
I decided to use tape for the attachment, though not the kind that rips off paint as you take it off, but the kind that comes off with relative ease, and it did come off perhaps rather too easily on the panel side because one of them kept falling off yesterday and I had to sit up and lean against it with force for a while before it somewhat attached, although I'm still not confident it won't fall again.
In other news, I was about to put some raspberry jam on my whipped-cream-and-peanut-butter dessert when I realized that it's November and I shouldn't indulge in such delicacies as jam.
I have to give up whipped cream and peanut butter, too, sooner or later.
But it is not this day!
In other other news, work is also progressing, which is nice, since it's already November 3rd.
