When weird, follow this list

You know how some days you feel blue or even depressed or weird? You don't know what's wrong, but today hasn't been your day, and it bugs you to no end. It sucks to the point of not believing anything could turn the day around.

When you feel like that, do the things on this list, no exceptions.

  1. Get off your butt and go for a walk in fresh air. This alone should solve most of the problem.
  2. Eat a proper meal.

This sounds like an easy list of things to do, and that's because it is. Whatever situation you're in, it's highly likely that you could go for a walk outside and eat a meal with ease. So just do it. It won't drain you of your energy. And it's worth a shot.
