Yes, it was a social media challenge (and yes, they had the arrogance to come back)

Yesterday, I wrote about an incident at the office - that it got broken into. I had some theories about why the boys did it. But after some impressive detective work by my partner, we found out that it was, indeed, a social media challenge.

The boys shot video from inside the office building and posted it on the popular short clip site that starts with a T.

What's more... they came back the next day. During the 5 minutes that my partner was bringing home valuables from the main room (where I shot the podcast), they had broken in again and busted the door of another tenant.

What's more... the comments on the original video suggest that they're nowhere near done raiding the building. Meaning, they might come back today and bust the door of my main room next.

Meaning... we've spent the last two days bringing everything home - not just the financially valuable stuff, but the sentimentally valuable stuff as well.

Like my little platypus figure. And all our Simpsons DVD's. And the sofa. (I'm sure they wouldn't have stolen the sofa - it's quite heavy - but the thought that they might touch it, let alone pee on it... I just can't.)

It makes my stomach turn to think that my ficus are still there, vulnerable, despite several locked doors.

(The police has been informed.)
