These are the days of November when I can't afford to eat anything even remotely delicious. And by delicious I mean anything but eggs, beef, and butter. So what do I do? I have egg and shrimp for lunch. What an idiot! It's way too delish!
I also contemplated having some mackerel for snack but that's really out of the question, too.
After all, I need to neutralize my palate. I need my taste buds so dulled down that the sandwich I'll be making at midnight tomorrow will blow my mind. (I mean, it will, it definitely will, regardless of if I eat a little shrimp or mackerel. But I can't risk the mind-blow. I can't risk it!)
So anyway, I made some purchases on Black Friday that weren't on special sale and one purchase that was and then I had a cup of cappuccino and updated my Christmas gift list and realized that I need more gifts and that I still haven't bought wrapping paper or card making supplies.
Then there's also the question of whether or not I might also want some pizza to go with the sandwich at midnight tomorrow. And Swedish green cake. And chocolates.
And maybe some shrimp.
RK out (to watch cooking videos to get the appetite up, just in case food will turn into ash in the mouth).
