I don't feel hunger anymore

As it happens, eating only eggs and meat and some tuna has had massive effects on my appetite. Don't get me wrong, I love the taste of all of those, which is what happens when you eat the same dishes every day. But I'm just not hungry. Like, ever.

I noticed this the other day when I found myself wondering, at 7 p.m., if I want to eat dinner, having only eaten hardly two tablespoons of tuna earlier that day.

This happened in November last year as well, so I guess I should have seen it coming. But I didn't. And say what you like about the benefits of fasting, but I need energy to work. Moreover, I've already effectively weaned myself off sugar and all other carbs - how will I enjoy any of the December treats if I wean myself off food altogether?

Therefore, my plan is to eat every day, even if I'm not hungry, and even if it's just one meal. Eating some scrambled eggs in the morning helps turn on that appetite a little bit, so that's a nice hack.

I would also add some delicious and hunger-inducing onion into the mix, but last time I tried that, the bones in my limbs ached for days. (Not saying that the onion caused it; I also forgot to stretch after a gym session the day before the aching began. But it could have been the onion, and therefore, I now make sure not to eat it... and to stretch adequately after working out.)
